Corrie is amazing! She came to our house early in our sales process and gave us expert advice about changes she would recommend that would enhance the marketability of our house. Corrie has a great eye for design and knows what customers in our market are looking for. She then sourced and selected many things for us (I asked for her help) and then had a list of sub-contractors and handy-people who could help us make small updates that had the largest impact. We didn’t need to spend much money on the updates she recommended but they really increased the overall look and marketability of our house. We were really proud of how our house looked going into showing and loved the marketing materials she developed. Our house really stood out compared to other comparable houses. Finally, Corrie was awesome in the Open Houses and engaging with prospective buyers. All our neighbors who met her, loved her. She partnered really well with buyers’ realtors and expertly navigated us through some unexpected situations.
